Software Assurance Program is an annual agreement which gives an End User access to the latest versions, including updates, of our System Manager Software. In addition to the software downloads the End User gets access to online self-help technical resources like a Knowledgebase, How-To articles and more.
Customers who have deployed the Enterprise edition of System Manager and use our IP-Device-Discovery feature can submit requests for new switch integrations. Every Software Assurance Agreement is specific to an installation of System Manager. Each instance of System Manager needs to be covered under its own agreement. Together these components give the End User Software Assurance, which will help ensure the End User will get peak performance from their System Manager software.
NB: The 1st year of Software Assurance is included with System Manager from version 6.0. The 1st year will commence on the day System Manager is installed and registered. The Software Assurance account will be automatically created by CommScope and you will be notified by email.
